Love of my life

I woke up on the good side of the bed today and that happens really rare, so I want to talk about the best part of my life, the love of my life. And that is travelling. I also love some people very much, but this is about travel, honey.
Growing up, I can say I had enough to live a good life, but without leaving my small town. I haven't gone to many places because my parents couldn't afford it and that is OK, they did their best. First time I got out of the country I was already 21 and was using my own money. Maybe that's why I love movies and TV series so much because I can see so many places around the world and so many people's lives through the screen. But actually going there it feels totally different and totally amazing.
Since I got a job, I've spent most of my money on travelling. I think I made up for the lost time because I visited quite a few places so far and I'm really proud of that. And I'm not proud of much haha. I also love to plan the trips. I like to be in charge of what I want to see and do and I'm lucky that my friends let me do just that. Mostly because they are lazy and also, because I'm awesome at that ;). But still, I want to see everything and I don't know how to get more vacation days and money to do that. Marry someone rich maybe :))
I love city-breaks, going to the seaside, visiting castles and old ruins, but most of all I love the mountains. Travelling anywhere fills you joy and a sense of wonder, it's great getting to know other countries and people and their way of living. But hiking in the summer on the mountains is the best experience ever for me. The physical effort is totally worth it because of the most beautiful landscapes you'll ever see, the fresh air, the feeling of freedom, the kindness of the fellow hikers and the fresh clean water up there. I just love everything about it and I cannot wait to go back this summer. Getting to the top it makes feel like you've accomplished something great and the view it takes your breath away.
I never went on a trip alone, but I think that could be cool too. Maybe I'll try it in the future. Usually, I go with my friends who love travelling as much as I do and that is a big plus for them. It's great to share the world's beauty, food, alcohol(obviously) with your best friends. I am really grateful for being able to travel as much as I do, surrounded by the best people in my life. I hope this won't change in the next years after they get married and make lots of kids. This gets me to another great aspect of travelling, your age is just a number, you can travel at any age. So I guess and hope I still have a lot of time to do that.
Even if my mother says I should save money for a house and/or a car, that is honestly not me. I thought a lot of what my purpose in life is and I don't know yet :)) but what I know for sure, is that my dream is to travel the world and I plan on doing that no matter what anybody thinks or says and as long as I can.
